c'est la vie

well, hello and greeting from Italy. I'm in an adorable village in Reggio Emilia with one of my dear friends whom i havent seen in 7 years! I have lots of video and photos from my weekend in Paris and of course, have beautiful photos of Italy. Unfortnately, I've been quite ill for the past week so my holidays have been clouded with me trying to fight sickness while enjoying new views.

after seeing my friend here in italy and have many good conversations with her, i have reafffirmed my reasons for wanting to move and stay\study in France. It's scary but i cannot allow fears to hold me back from dreams.

i will be going to Lille in the next week or two to visit the university and meet with some coordinators there. It will be sooooo much work for me, but this is my life and I only get one...I really want to become fluent in French and live in France...So, it's kind of like, let's wait and see how much I can truly accomplish in the next 4 to 5 months. Very overwhelming and exciting all at once.

I'm taking the train to Venice tomorrow and Sunday we will visit a market in Verona!
Pray that I feel better. I'm battling a sinus infection that came along with exhaustion and nausea to boot! Joy Joy!
But the countryside is so relaxing, and just what i needed to get away and clear my mind of the things that have been distracting me and clouding my decisions and visions.
